On Monday morning , police will return to the Di Vita family home in Pietracatella to seize all the electronic devices (cell phones, computers, tablets, USB sticks) belonging to Sara Di Vita and her mother Antonella Di Ielsi, the two women who died of poisoning just after Christmas. The order was issued by Larino prosecutor Elvira Antonelli, who is leading the investigation into the premeditated double homicide.
The operations will be carried out by specialized personnel from the Forensic Police using methods that will not alter the condition of the seized premises. The seals will be removed, the seized devices will be collected, and the house will then be sealed again . All operations will be filmed.
The prosecutor's office has just informed the suspects (5 doctors) and the injured parties (5 relatives of the two victims) that the operations will begin at 10 am and that the injured parties will be able to attend (only one representative for each of the people involved) after having equipped themselves with all the appropriate devices to avoid contamination of the scene (therefore all protective gear and all the necessary equipment).
The evidence, as was the case with the smartphone seized from Alice Di Vita last month, will be delivered to the digital laboratory of the Campobasso prosecutor's office for subsequent forensic acquisition activities, which the prosecutor's office will subsequently delegate with a separate document.
