The situation of Massimiliano Mulas, the man of Sardinian origin arrested on charges of raping an 11-year-old girl , is getting worse. The Venice Prosecutor's Office has reportedly acquired some videos documenting Mulas' escape from the home of the very young victim, late on the morning of Thursday, April 10.

The man, with numerous previous convictions for sexual violence and other crimes, left his wallet in the girl's house and was identified within a few dozen minutes. But now comes the confirmation of the acquisition of the videos. On this point the defense attorney, Ignazio Ballai, did not want to make any statements while waiting to view the videos .

In the meantime, confirmations arrive on the files opened in Tempio against Mulas . The man lived for two years in the Gallura town and was reported by the Carabinieri on charges of defrauding an incapable person . He allegedly took advantage of the frailty and health problems of a pensioner. Mulas allegedly convinced her to ask for a loan of 30,000 euros by promising to marry her, then he allegedly took possession of the money. Mulas himself was reported for forgery.
