The former Juventus top brass have asked for a plea bargain in the context of the “Prisma” investigation into alleged capital gains in the buying and selling of footballers, which has come to the attention of the Rome GUP.

The plea bargain requests range from 11 months to 1 year and 8 months (rpt: from 11 months to 1 year and 8 months) and concern, among others , Andrea Agnelli, former deputy Pavel Nedved and Fabio Paratici.

During the preliminary hearing, the prosecutors instead requested that the case not be dismissed for Maurizio Arrivabene , the former Juventus manager.

The proceedings are contested, to varying degrees, for the crimes of stock market manipulation, obstruction of supervision and false invoicing.

The decision is expected on September 22nd.
