General flight to the post office of San Luca (Reggio Calabria), where a 78-year-old woman positive to Covid and for which the quarantine had been ordered presented herself.

However, the old woman left the house to collect her pension. She entered the post office and queued at the counter: when the others noticed her, being aware of her health conditions in a town that has just over 3,500 inhabitants, they fled and 'they left alone.

The woman was reported in a state of freedom to the Locri Public Prosecutor's Office, and the same measure was adopted against six other positive people surprised outside their homes.

In San Luca, which was the red zone until 2 October, there are about a hundred positives and many other people in quarantine. And that's why the carabinieri, a list of people in quarantine in hand, carried out a door-to-door check to verify compliance with the order.
