He practiced invasive aesthetic medicine and maxillofacial surgery outpatient services in an unauthorized office located in his home in Pisa, which lacked the necessary authorization, organizational, and structural requirements.

For this reason, a 57-year-old surgeon, working at the Pisa University Hospital as a private practitioner within the hospital, was reported by the Carabinieri of the NAS of Livorno.

The doctor was fined €3,100. Furthermore, an investigation has been initiated to immediately close the unauthorized practice.
