On June 21, the Rimini police arrested a 30-year-old man on charges of stalking his ex-partner in flagrante delicto. The latter, in fact, had learned that the man was looking for her to stab her with a knife. It was the woman who reported to the police station that her ex had sent an acquaintance, via an electronic messaging system, a photograph of a knife with the words: "I'm going to get it."
At this point the patrol officers went to the boy's house and also searched his car. In the car, inside the front seat pocket, they found a 23-centimeter knife.
The location of the weapon, according to the police, coordinated by the Rimini Prosecutor's Office, would therefore demonstrate a current and serious danger for the concrete possibility that the boy could go looking for his ex-partner, who in the meantime had changed her lifestyle habits to no longer meet the stalker. After the arrest, the 30-year-old was taken to prison awaiting the validation judgment.
