He argues with his brother and kills him with a cleaver

Murder on the seafront in Riposto, a town on the Ionian Riviera in the province of Catania.

At the height of an argument between two brothers, fishmongers with previous disputes, one of them struck the other with a cleaver, fatally wounding him. The victim attempted to flee by running along the waterfront, but was caught and shot.

Two people were injured while attempting to disarm the attacker, who was arrested for voluntary manslaughter by Carabinieri officers from Riposto and the Giarre branch. The Catania Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation into the incident.
