“Hands off Hippocrates” against Giacomo Urtis: «Photos unworthy of a doctor»

The association "Hands off Hippocrates" is attacking the VIP plastic surgeon, the Sardinian Giacomo Urtis.
The organization is "made up of medical-nursing staff who defend the categories", we read in a note posted on social media.
«We would like to warn our colleague Giacomo Urtis about the terrible image he is giving to the medical category, a category which for centuries has been an emblem of professionalism, austerity and composure».
The reference is to the recent photos of the surgeon, who has come back into the news for the hypothesis of a marital union with Fabrizio Corona.
«It is unfortunate that individual attitudes throw away millennia of the history of science», continue the association, «we remind our colleague that the code of ethics also regulates behaviors adopted outside of professional practice when deemed relevant and affecting the decorum of the profession".
Clarification; «Absolutely nothing to comment on sexual preferences and on being transgender/gay/bisexual» which are a sacrosanct right of the human being», is the emphasis, «but certain photos must be avoided. We ask the relevant medical association to recall the colleague and, if necessary, take the necessary disciplinary measures."
