Grillo trial: The CSM confirms the panel of judges.

The panel of the Tempio Tribunal called to decide on the Grillo case will be regularly composed of the three magistrates who, up to now, have conducted the trial .
The decision comes from the Superior Council of the Judiciary , at the request of the Tempio Tribunal.
The CSM has in fact ordered the application of Judge Alessandro Cossu to the Sardinian court (the magistrate began service in Asti at the beginning of the month) for all necessary hearings until the verdict in the Grillo trial.
The president of the panel, Marco Contu, who suffered a serious bereavement before the hearing on September 1st, has returned to work.
The hearing in the trial into the alleged gang rape of a Milanese student will be held on September 22nd with the full bench in attendance.
