The conditions of the 4-year-old girl are "stable and satisfactory", who in any case remains in a reserved prognosis, hospitalized in pediatric resuscitation at Salesi in Ancona after having fallen from the third floor of the building where she lived with her family.

The little girl had been found wounded on the ground, in the afternoon of May 1st, after having fallen from the window of her house in via Foscolo, in Macerata . The 40-year-old mother, now guarded in psychiatry, was later arrested , accused of throwing her daughter out of the window.

"The child - says the university hospital company - was subjected to reduction and synthesis of the fractures of the limbs under general anesthesia and, at the end of the surgical procedure, was extubated and keeps her breathing spontaneously with a non-invasive support (nasal cannulae at high flows) ".

"Currently, the small flaps of pneumothorax highlighted at the entrance to Reanimation are no longer appreciable". Now the child, "subjected to analgosedation for the control of postoperative pain, is easily awakened and interacts with the father". And "at the moment the clinical conditions are stable and satisfactory".
