The sailboat found on December 1st on a beach in Cefalù, Sicily, had become a mystery.

But finally the case was solved.

The vessel, it has been reconstructed, actually came from Arbatax: the crew members, having set sail from the port, had been surprised in the last few days in the middle of the Tyrrhenian Sea by a storm and had been saved on the night of November 26th by the military of the Coast Guard .

The sailboat, however, had been left adrift because it was impossible to transport it in the rough seas: without any further control, it travelled several miles until it ran aground.

There is also good news: it is still in excellent condition and will soon be recovered by the owner, who has already commissioned a shipyard in Palermo to bring it back to Sardinia.
