It is not excluded that Chiara Ferragni will ask the Milan Prosecutor's Office to be questioned to give her version and explain that the accusations made against her have no foundation and reiterate that it was "a communication error".

In the aftermath of the closure of the investigation in which the influencer, with his then right-hand man, Fabio Damato, and two other people are charged with aggravated fraud in the Pandoro and Easter egg cases, the defense line is taking on increasingly defined contours.

"We will have an open discussion with the public prosecutors," explains lawyer Giuseppe Iannaccone, who defends Ferragni with his colleague Marcello Bana, "and I do not exclude a personal discussion on Chiara's part."

A confrontation that could become an "obligatory step" to try to make the prosecutors change their minds and obtain a request for archiving.

The digital entrepreneur's lawyers are studying the documents and working on a substantial brief to be filed with prosecutor Cristian Barilli and deputy prosecutor Eugenio Fusco to respond to the charges in legal terms.
