Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp down: apps inaccessible this morning
Management issues for Meta: reports multiply

Facebook and WhatsApp were down for about ten minutes. Reports of problems with Meta's apps quickly multiplied, making them unavailable from mobile devices and computers.
The dysfunction started to occur around 10.15am.
At first, however, there were no serious problems with Instagram, which apparently allowed content to be uploaded and viewed. But then the block came, too. And the subsequent solution.
