Tragic explosion inside a garage in Fossoli di Carpi, in the province of Modena. The toll is one victim and one seriously injured.
The violent outbreak took place in via Mar Tirreno and immediately afterwards a fire also developed. From what has been learned, a 27-year-old man lost his life. According to an initial reconstruction of the incident, the young man was doing some work on a car, when suddenly - due to circumstances under investigation - a spark came into contact with a petrol can.
On the spot, after the alarm, the firefighters and the 118 rescuers intervened, together with the police.
Investigations started to reconstruct the dynamics of the accident.
