Eight-year-old boy crushed by an iron table while playing in the courtyard

Tragic accident last night in Montemarano, in the Avellino area, where an eight-year-old boy died while playing in the backyard.

The little boy was playing with an iron table, which came loose from its fastening and fell, crushing him without leaving him a chance.

The child, the only child of a couple who lives in the rural district of Macchia del Monte, was about to go with his parents to the patronal festival taking place in a nearby hamlet.
