The cell phone of Vincenzo Loffredo, the father of little Giulia, who died in Acerra on the night between February 15 and 16 , was seized. According to the man's account to investigators, she was attacked by the family pitbull while she was sleeping on the bed. The Prosecutor's Office of Nola (Naples) acquired the phone, found in the house while the men of the forensic team were looking for clues in the house where the attack allegedly took place , which was then cleaned, again according to what the 24-year-old told his lawyer, by some family members.

Version for which the man asked to be heard by the public prosecutor to dispel any doubts about his involvement in the contamination of the scene of the tragedy. The men of the scientific team remained in the house for almost eight and a half hours, searching for traces of blood left by the dog or the child. Vincenzo Loffredo claims to have found Giulia on the floor next to the bed where he had also fallen asleep, in a pool of blood, and to have taken her to the hospital.

During the journey he would then call the emergency room to make sure he reached an open hospital. The phone will also be useful to understand any movements of the man.
