A 30-year-old of Ukrainian origin investigated for voluntary homicide , after the death of a woman - Rosanna Aber, 77 - which took place last April 22 in Colognola, in the province of Bergamo .

That day the old woman fell from a window of her house and initially assumed an accident or a suicide.

But then, after a complaint by the woman's three children, the investigators, coordinated by the prosecutor of Bergamo Emanuele Marchisio, began to strike another lead. That - in fact - of the murder.

At the time of the fall, in fact, the old woman was not alone in the house: there was also the 30-year-old Ukrainian, who for a month and a half had been helping her with cleaning and doing daily chores. Not only that: Aber, just a few days before, had complained of some suspicious shortages from his current account (about six thousand euros), withdrawn without his knowledge.

The investigations by the Police therefore targeted the domestic worker, also resident in the province of Bergamo, who, on the other hand, would have explained to the investigators that, when the 77-year-old crashed, she was in another room .

A version of the facts that, however, does not convince the prosecutor, which continues its work to shed full light on the matter.
