Claudio Carlomagno, the man accused of the femicide of his wife Federica Torzullo in Anguillara , has admitted his responsibility, providing a full confession before the investigating judge in Civitavecchia.

The prosecutors are charging him with the new crime of femicide (23 stab wounds inflicted by Carlomagno on his wife, as established by the autopsy) and that of concealing a corpse.

"I killed my wife so I wouldn't lose custody of my son." This, in short, is the motive that Carlomagno gave to the investigating judge for the crime. The same investigating judge later confirmed the man's arrest, and he is currently being held in Civitavecchia prison.
