A woman found dead at home with stab wounds, a mystery surrounds Parma.

The Carabinieri in Parma are investigating the cause of death of a 45-year-old woman. Her body was discovered in an apartment on Largo Visconti , on the outskirts of the city. Her body bore signs of wounds caused by a sharp weapon, presumably a knife.
