A 46-year-old Italian gardener died yesterday afternoon from illness while working at a private residence in the province of Bologna, possibly in part due to high temperatures. Around 5:10 PM, the Carabinieri station in Pianoro, along with the San Lazzaro di Savena mobile radio unit and the emergency medical service, responded to the scene.

The man was working on resurfacing the green area. Paramedics' attempts to revive the 46-year-old, an employee of a landscaping company, were unsuccessful .
