The event organized by the Regional Council on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Grazia Deledda opens tomorrow at 10.30, and 94 years have passed since the Nuorese writer received - the only Italian woman - the Nobel Prize for Literature.
The celebrations will begin with a musical introduction by Piero Marras. The host will be Michele Pais, President of the Regional Council, and Roberto Fico, President of the Chamber, and Christian Solinas, President of the Region are expected among the guests.
The event will also be attended by the Administrator of the Province of Nuoro, Costantino Tidu, and the mayor of Nuoro, Andrea Soddu.
In the room the actor Giovanni Carroni who will interpret a reading from the novel "Canne al vento", the writer Neria De Giovanni and the Collective of Sardinian writers.
