The project was born 4 years ago to enhance the Limbara with an original formula (soon taken as a model by others) that combines walks in the centuries-old woods interspersed with poems, stories, music and meditation.

The Sardinian literary trekking returns with two special events organized by the Sentieri di Sardegna association created by Leonardo Onida, Marco Muntoni and Mario Uda: on 27 and 28 August in Tempio and in the territory of Calangianus there will be two free days .

Not only trekking in contact with nature and reading of poems or stories, but a real immersion in the senses. Movement, physical activity, listening, suggestions, taste, smell at three hundred and sixty degrees and at the end of the journey we all have lunch together with food prepared by the artists who are the protagonists of the day: Sardinian pasta or fregola, cheeses, sausage, vegetables, homemade bread, organic wines.

The creators of the literary trek say: “We are proud of what has already been done. We will continue with passion and a spirit of collaboration with anyone who decides with loyalty to share this idea of tourism and culture ",
