The Sardinia Region has allocated a €15 million fund to implement a measure providing incentives to businesses to help stabilize precarious workers.

The project, promoted by the regional Departments of Labor and Budget, will be implemented over three years : of the 15 million euros allocated, 3 million are for 2025, 6 million for 2026, and another 6 million for 2027.

Specifically, the measure provides for the provision of an incentive equal to 50% of the gross annual salary for the hiring of an intern and for the transformation of a fixed-term employment contract into a permanent one for a worker aged between 18 and 35 .

The incentive rises to 65% for workers aged between 35 and 50 and to 70% for those over 50.
