In Sennori the Sardinian Emotional Painter exhibition by Vanni Rocca

Faces, but above all eyes that tell emotions.

The painting of the Sennorese Vanni Rocca works on portraits by subtraction, leaving only the lines, the colors and those almost always feminine looks that show the emotions experienced. “Sardinia Emotional Painter” is the title of the solo exhibition of the artist which will be hosted from 15 to 23 in the new exhibition space of Casa Sisini, in via Farina 30, in Sennori.

The exhibition, which enjoys the free patronage of the Municipality of Sennori, inaugurates the exhibition space of Casa Sisini after the redevelopment works carried out with funding from the Metro network, and represents a cultural event of great value.

Vanni Rocca explains: “Sardinian Emotional Painter is a concept that better than any other specifies my relationship with art. It is not a definition that I have chosen, but it fits perfectly with my way of understanding painting. It is an exhibition that develops on the two fundamental themes of a painting that, contaminated by almost a year of slow travel on the roads of Western Europe, shows an innovative approach to portraiture but also a very solid link to the Sardinian tradition ".

The exhibition will be open from Monday to Friday from 4 to 8 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 4 to 8 pm.
