Prentzas Apertas continues, the new oil festival in the village of Seneghe which also today, Sunday, showcases its agri-food, artisanal excellence and traditions.

A rich programme, for the 18th edition, with many exhibitors in the evocative setting of the historic centre, for all palates, with oil as the protagonist and experiential agri-food itineraries, then conferences, laboratories, workshops and demonstrations of ancient crafts, visits to the old oil mills, exhibitions of paintings and nativity scenes, exhibition of sacred vestments, therefore itineraries on the rich historical and architectural heritage of Senego.

This morning at 10 . 15, Sunday 17 December, at L'oleificio sociale the interesting conference on the theme " Oil and wine tourism " with olive growers, agronomists, and the oil city association, moderated by the journalist Roberto Ripa. The training meeting on Marketing follows.

At 12 the children's concert Ars Antiqua and Seneghe Primary School directed by teacher Mirella Lutzu and Ars Antiqua choir directed by maestro Massimo Dotto in the parish church of the Immacolata.

The afternoon consists of tasting oil-based products, demonstrating ancient crafts, and visits to the ancient oil mills. At 4.30pm, an exciting guided tour of the social oil mill to witness the milling process. Lots of music follows and at 8pm the Notas de chelu concert in the parish church of the Immaculate Conception.
