In Rimini a journey among traditional Sardinian sweets, pastas and breads

“Su Pistiddu”, “S'Aranzada”, tiliccas and panadas are some of the Sardinian specialties present at the International Ice Cream, Pastry, Artisan Bakery and Coffee Exhibition (SIGEP) which kicked off today in Rimini.
The Sardinia Region was present, represented by councilor Valeria Satta, with its own exhibition space. The protagonists will be confectionery production, traditional pastas and breads, an additional opportunity to build commercial relationships.
Various tasting moments will be organized by the companies that will offer “Su Pistiddu”, “S'Aranzada”, almond sweets such as amaretti and sospiri, pabassinos, tiliccas, panadas di Cuglieri. And, again, the "sweet jewels" created by the pastry chef Anna Gardu from Oliena, who for the occasion will exhibit a selection of her exhibition "The Perfume of Jewels" in the institutional area.
