In Porto Rotondo the new book by Marella Giovannelli
The presentation in Piazzetta San Marco on Friday 21 July
"Indigo in prose and verses", a new book by Marella Giovannelli, will be presented on Friday 21 July at 7pm in Porto Rotondo.
The appointment with the author and with the journalist Mauro Orrù is for 7 pm in Piazzetta San Marco.
During the evening, organized by the Porto Rotondo Consortium, various protagonists who gave life to the various chapters will intervene.
The new volume, also published by AG Book Publishing, continues and expands the path started by Marella Giovannelli with the previous "Oltremare". The most relevant space is dedicated to Porto Rotondo, a tourist village born in the sign of culture and art, which has become famous throughout the world. The epic of the pioneers, told by the protagonists themselves, is intertwined with an infinite number of anecdotes, memories and testimonies of often famous residents and vacationers.
The photographic insert also includes images taken from the author's personal archive and others courtesy of the relatives of the people mentioned. The painting on the cover is by the artist Lino Pes.
