Empathy, understanding, kindness. And still calmness and inner peace. They are the necessary elements for a full and rewarding life. Words of Daniel Lumera, literary pseudonym of Andrea Pinna, born in Alghero 48 years ago, author of "28 breaths to change your life", (pp. 406, 21 euros) published by Mondadori, in which he becomes the guide of a profound and intense towards a world of energy and vitality, to be reached through techniques with which the awareness of one's self is recovered and the real nature of the mind awakens. “The idea of writing the book”, he explains, “arose from the enormous benefits that I experienced firsthand: every morning and every evening I practice meditation. I've been doing it for 30 years now."

The results were a turning point: "You will learn to live", he continues, "without external influences, but becoming the sole protagonists of your own existence". His knowledge as a naturalist biologist, as well as a teacher and international point of reference in the sciences of well-being and meditation, are reconciled with concrete interventions: the last one concerns the introduction of Cagliari in the Movimento dell'Italia Gentile, which aims to disseminate initiatives with a high social impact. “I am very happy that the Municipality has accepted our proposal”.

The announcement will be held on May 30, as part of the ProssimaMente Festival, coinciding with the presentation of Lumera's book in the capital. Tomorrow the author will be a guest of the show “Caffè Corretto”, conducted by Francesco Abate, on Radiolina at 8.30.
