The controversy over the hypothesis of selling the Cagliari airport to private individuals is rekindled.

"In yesterday's meeting of the Chamber Council, which wants to lead to the transfer to a private entity of the Cagliari airport, now owned by the Cagliari-Oristano Chamber of Commerce, no study, document or contract was provided to the chamber councilors", he explains in a Confcommercio note.

For this reason, in order to be able to express a serious and complete judgment on such an important event, the president of the South Sardinia association, Alberto Bertolotti , formally asks the president Maurizio De Pascale "to be able to acquire all the documentation that supports the will to deliver to investors an airport that belongs to all Sardinians ".

"It would be very serious - he concludes - if a decision of such importance for the entire economic and social fabric of the island were taken with such haste, superficiality or with unclear procedures".
