Over 500 young people are looking for a job. And 40 companies are ready to welcome them with open arms and hire willing, enthusiastic, and talented young people .

These are the most important numbers of UniCAreer Day 2025 , the event organized by the Job Placement office of the University of Cagliari , to bring young people closer to the world of work.

At the Cagliari Fair, job interviews began at 9:30 a.m. among young people (and some not-so-young ones) seeking fulfilling and stimulating employment.

"Big companies are pushing for young graduates specialized in new technologies," explained Fabrizio Pilo, Vice Rector for Innovation at the University of Cagliari . "And it's our university's job to adapt our curriculum to a rapidly changing world with ever-changing needs. We hope that many young people will find work in Sardinia and not be forced to leave to build a future for themselves."
