Summer is coming, and with it also the great heat with its perils and dangers. At "15 minutes with..." , the in-depth talk on the health of the Aou of Cagliari in collaboration with the Unione Sarda group, we will talk about how to protect yourself.

The guests of the episode, broadcast live as always on Tuesday at 5 pm, will be the director of the Dermatology department of the San Giovanni di Dio Laura Atzori , the director of General and Emergency Medicine of the Duilio Casula Polyclinic Emilio Vallebona and the director of Neonatal Pathology and Giovanni Ottonello Nursery School . On the other hand, the journalist Fabrizio Meloni , head of Communications and External Relations of the Aou, will be in dialogue with them and conducting the talk.

Indications and precautions will be provided to avoid the undesirable effects that high temperatures can generate, such as consuming light meals or drinking lots of water, avoiding alcoholic beverages and caffeine, as well as exposure during the hottest hours of the day, between 12 and 18.
