With this objective in mind, today we have proceeded to a refinement: in particular, among the amendments to be presented there is one from the majority to eliminate the parts of the text that involved spending commitments. Thus to guarantee the bill the financial coverage that, in the absence of an approved maneuver, it does not have at the moment.
Among the passages to be removed is the one on the provision of CaU, emergency services that are certainly not free of charge. And the same operation will have to be carried out - always to guarantee coverage - on the maxi amendment that the Council will present directly in the Chamber. Also in this case, the draft talks about the establishment of three departments that could involve spending commitments.
Furthermore, amendments to weaken Ares compared to the current text should be presented directly in the Chamber.
