The Regional Council's bill on the reorganization and change at the top of the Health Authorities in Sardinia has not yet been scheduled in the works. The emergency is at the end, with the text not yet filed even in the competent committees , together with the bill on areas suitable for renewables, which has already entered the parliament. Then there is the budget variation that should be discussed and approved within the month and the next financial law.

A traffic jam that could slow down the launch of important measures, and Governor Alessandra Todde knows it. "Next week," she announced to journalists, "there will be a new majority summit to discuss this to give us an agenda, given the Council's commitments for the next few months with the adjustment and the Budget. We need to fit all the rules together, but we think about this every day."

"We are absolutely aware that healthcare for the Sardinians is the first problem and that we will be measured on this. Clearly", the president underlined, "without a restructuring and a reorganization it will be difficult to influence the territorial healthcare and the hospitals".

Todde added that he was aware of the fact that "it is complicated in a few months to be able to really make an impact on a problem that has festered over the last 30 years. At the same time, we have the right and the duty to move on things that can be addressed immediately."

This is the case of spending caps for private individuals with agreements or the resources included in the resolution approved yesterday on waiting lists. "Now, however," concluded Todde, "we must give more concrete signals in the medium and long term with the reorganization of health companies."

In the meantime, the president will find time to leave for Liguria to support the center-left candidate for governor, Andrea Orlando: «I will go to Liguria to support him. Because after Sardinia, we must also liberate Liguria».
