The last day dedicated to "Donne in Festa" was a notable success in Guspini.

Among readings, writings, workshops and exhibitions, Luca Floris, guest of honour, presented his specialties to the curious, embroidering the sebadas with flowers. The fifty-year-old from Nuoro, who in life is an employee of a floral company, is also known in Sardinia - but also internationally - as one of the best masters in the processing and decoration of traditional island specialties and his "Filindeu" has often enchanted the chefs stars on the world scene who were enraptured by this ancient Sardinian tradition.

In fact, su "Filindeu", which literally means "golden threads", is a very ancient pasta processing technique and few people in the world are able to perform it . Together with the "Filindeu nugoresu", the "Sebadas mucadores" created by him have also become registered trademarks. In Piazzetta 8 Marzo his skilful processing of these traditional dishes was staged, seasoned with a meticulous decoration with precision in detail , which left anyone passing by speechless.

Her creations made with traditional cutting and engraving tools are in fact comparable to works of art and Guspini, on the occasion of this day dedicated to women, organized by "The market of dreams" with Pro Loco and the Municipality, was able to discover and admire them .
