Born three years ago as an integration educational project, the work of the Sassari director Marco Demurtas has been transformed into a full-fledged feature film. The laboratory of the Poliss Aggregation Center of the Municipality of Sassari, as part of the Agorà projects, managed to involve other realities operating in Sardinia, such as the Community for drug addiction recovery Human Promotion, the Municipalities of Ploaghe and Ittiri and the Spazio theater school -T of Alghero. Above all, he managed to "earn" the participation of some international stars such as Franco Nero , in the role of a strange condominium, and Giancarlo Giannini , who plays a cynical and disillusioned municipal official.

Also involved in the cast are Giuliana De Sio , Massimo Lopez , Pippo Franco , the cabaret artist Giuseppe Giacobazzi (Zelig) as well as the Sardinians Benito Urgu and Pino & gli Anticorpi .

The narrative plot of the feature film, set in a dystopian universe, tells of a surreal talent show entitled "The Era of the Failed" which deals with human cases and deals with the problems of unemployment in the Teen-generation with comedy records.

Patrizio Marone , editor of “Gomorra” and of several films by Ozpetek and Pieraccioni also worked in post-production.

The film, produced by Cinemascetti, will be distributed in cinemas from June thanks to Zenit.
