A short that intertwines the studies of the archaeologist Marija Gimbutas with a tribute to the Mother Goddess, shot last June between Quartu, Seulo and Pimentel. It is “Kiss the earth” , the directorial debut of the writer and journalist Giulia Clarkson , in collaboration with the actress, director and video maker Grazia Dentoni .

Thirty minutes of documentary, with an analysis of the mother-daughter relationship and the investigation of the sacredness of life linked to the female world, through a continuous dialogue between the present and the past. The story of Eulalia , played by Rose Aste, a cleaner at a sail loft, and her monotony broken by an extraordinary event.

"It's a search for a harmony around which to perceive the sense of sacredness of life," explains Giulia Clarkson. «Let's start from the myth to reveal, in the depths of existence, the dynamics that prevent us from glimpsing light and positivity in the future . With Marija Gimbutas we also referred to Jung's Red Book to highlight the conditionings that keep us anchored to the past and prevent the flow of good energies».
