Thus the president of the Forza Italia senators Maurizio Gasparri, speaking to L'Aria Che Tira on La7, commenting on the first data from the regional elections in Sardinia which see Paolo Truzzu at a disadvantage.

«We decided not to re-nominate the outgoing president, but the replacement failed to reverse the negative opinion on the council. Truzzu, mayor of Cagliari, did not slip to the top in the Sole 24 Ore mayoral ranking. I think we need to reflect", added the blue parliamentarian.
