The number of Sardinian establishments promoted with Due Torte rises to ten, the highest score achieved on the island, in the “Pasticceri&Pasticcerie d'Italia Gambero Rosso 2024” guide. One more recognition than last year.

Four of these were decreed among the best: the best score was obtained by two places in Cagliari with 87 points, Ditrizio Pasticceria with the pastry chef Piero Ditrizio who gained one compared to last year, and Pasticceria Piemontese, reign of Gianluca Aresu , pastry chef and maître chocolatier, who gets two extra points.

Excellent results also for Roberto Murgia Dolci in Corso di Alghero, 86 points, and for La Dolce Vita in Ghilarza with 85. Two new brands also stand out and rightfully enter the guide with Due Torte: Gaia Pasticceria Artigianale di Assemini di Gaia Trudu and Pace of Porto Cervo with 83. Same score for Chez Les Negres of Cagliari. Then again, with 81 L'Oasi Deliziosa from Nuoro, 80 for Lu Pasticciu from Porto Cervo and Dulcis from Cagliari.

«A great result for our entire team and which encourages us to always do better and look towards even more prestigious goals», comments Piero Ditrizio. Satisfaction also for Gianluca Aresu: «I am really happy for this achievement, which involves not only me but all the staff and which has great value for our daily commitment».
