From the law on hard prison to that on rave parties, conference in Cagliari on 41 bis

From the discipline that regulates the application of article 41 bis of the penitentiary system and governs the so-called hard prison, suspending some rights of prisoners, to the political and legal profiles of the new norm 434 bis which was created, according to the Government, to regulate and sanction rave parties.
