The Spoleto public prosecutor's office has opened a file on the controversy linked to the disappearance of Hiro , Nino Frassica's cat who disappeared in September in Spoleto where the actor was filming the Rai series "Don Matteo".

According to TgR Umbria, a family close to the couple's house has filed a complaint against the Sicilian showman's wife, Barbara Exignotis, who was staying with him in a house in the center of Spoleto, and his daughter Valentina Lubrano. Hence the prosecutor's decision to proceed against the two for stalking and defamation .

Frassica's wife accuses the family of having made Hiro escape by leaving the door open. Exignotis allegedly threw stones against their window - TgR Umbria reports - which were seized by the police. In several stories that appeared on social media, Frassica and his wife said they were certain that the cat was kept inside a house in the historic center of Spoleto.

"My lawyer told me to remain completely silent", Exignotis' reaction reached by telephone by Ansa. "We did everything to get him back - Frassica said in a video posted some time ago - molecular dogs, drones, but at this point we are confident that once they return to Rome they will be able to release him".

There is also another family involved, the one that according to the accusations is holding Hiro, who is considering turning to the judiciary.

Meanwhile, to find the animal, a reward of first 5 and then ten thousand euros was assured.
