The appeal filed this afternoon by the President of the Region, Alessandra Todde, was filed electronically with the Ordinary Court of Cagliari, challenging the injunction order of the Electoral Guarantee Board at the Court of Appeal, which requests its revocation due to serious irregularities in the reporting of electoral expenses.

The governor's Sardinian lawyers - Benedetto and Stefano Ballero, Giuseppe Macciotta and Priamo Siotto - signed it and had until February 3 to submit it.

In the approximately fifty pages that motivate the opposition there is also the request for a precautionary suspension.
