Anticipation is growing for the Constitutional Court's decision on the appeal presented by Sardinia regarding the removal of the President of the Region, Alessandra Todde .

Who, just today, on the sidelines of the meeting of the special commission on the statutory law, wanted to underline that «the Consulta will express its opinion on the conflict of powers raised by the Region, my personal position has nothing to do with it» .

And this, she added, "I say this loud and clear: the Court limits itself to outlining the powers of the Region and the State. The path taken within the courts, however, will be different ." In any case, the president declared, "this legislature is working to the full extent of its powers and with a Regional Council that collaborates and carries out legislative action. I am thinking of the role we will have to play together in the next Budget, and I am thinking of everything we are pursuing on issues of healthcare, transportation, and the unified sector. This is what Sardinians care about, not the decline of the system, which seems to be a discussion more tied to governments than to ordinary people ."
