Paolo Truzzu seems little interested in the discussions on the official investiture. Even if the Sardinian green light for his candidacy has not yet arrived, the mayor of Cagliari is already behaving de facto as a leader of the centre-right : a few days ago he called a coalition summit (albeit on Zoom), while for today he has planned - a Quartu – the first public outing as a presidential candidate.

The day's program, in addition to his intervention at a political initiative, also includes a sort of debut with the citizens, including neighborhood markets and walks in the city . Truzzu will speak at the initiative entitled "There is good in this world - It is right to fight for this" , organized for some years by Fratelli d'Italia together with Gioventù Nazionale. The appointment is set for 9.30 at Casa Olla (via Eligio Porcu 29) , but the mayor of Cagliari is not expected to speak before 11 or even later. It is unlikely that Psd'Az and Lega will also participate, as they are still recalcitrant about Truzzu's indication.

In the Psd'Az, the more "resistant" soul of the Quattro Mori party prevailed: «The civic and Sardinian center-right coalition governed the most complex legislature in the history of autonomy and deserves to re-present itself to the judgment of the Sardinians with the guidance of the outgoing president Christian Solinas ", we read in the document of the national leadership of the party which met yesterday in Cagliari to decide which path to take king at the Regionals on February 25th.
