With the rise in bills and raw materials, the price of bread increases dramatically. The record was recorded in Ferrara: according to Assoutenti, 9.8 euros per kilo were reached.

While Cagliari is the most expensive city for pasta: up to 4.7 euros per kilo.

But the possible effects on the price lists due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine still need to be considered, with a possible variation between + 15% and + 30%.

The average price of bread - the association communicates - stands at 5.31 euros per kg. In second place Forlì, where the maximum price of fresh food is 9 euros per kg (4.37 euros the average price). Venice is also dearest, where a kilo of fresh bread is sold on average at € 5.52 (€ 8.5 the maximum price).

The price lists exceed 6 euros / kg in many cities, from Milan to Bari, passing through Ancona, Macerata, Bologna, Bolzano, Modena, Reggio Emilia, Trento and Udine. The cheapest provinces are Naples (2 euros per kg the maximum price), Cosenza (2.5 euros), Benevento (2.65 euros).
