The government program, to be refined on the basis of the sensitivity of the candidate for president of the Region, the organization of the electoral campaign, the hope for a rapprochement with the League and Psd'Az.

These are the points addressed during the first meeting called by the mayor of Cagliari Paolo Truzzu (FdI) with all the political forces of the centre-right who have indicated him as the leader of the coalition in view of the Regional elections on 25 February. The summit was held via videoconference - and not in presence at Palazzo Tirso as had initially transpired - due to commitments by Truzzu and the FdI regional coordinator Antonella Zedda in Oristano for the party's regional management.

All the centre-right acronyms participated at the table (including Forza Italia with the regional coordinator Ugo Cappellacci and the deputy Ivan Piras) except Lega and Psd'Az.

The mayor would have reiterated his belief that he was the official candidate, something he had already done this morning on the sidelines of a press conference in the Municipality. For the rest, the organizational machinery was discussed in view of the next obligations: the presentation of the symbols in a week and the lists on the 15th.

For his part, the leader of the League Matteo Salvini , speaking on Rete 4, defined the conflicts in the center-right in Sardinia as "a shame". Reiterating: « In my opinion the incumbents must be re-nominated » ( SALVINI'S WORDS HERE ).
