First win. The ancient Romans didn't exactly say that but this must be the motto of the rossoblù for the Cagliari fans in view of Sunday's lunchtime match at the Mapei Stadium against Sassuolo.

At Cagliari there is no room for calculations: we need to win to gain the three points that secure salvation and stay in Serie A. Of course, then on the 26th there will also be Fiorentina who, hopefully, will take the field with few starters and a lot of head for the Conference League final on May 29th against Olympiakos. But the 3 points must come. The club, the team, the environment and the fans know it.

And bookmakers also believe that the challenge is within the club's reach. It matters little, like the philosophy of the initial paraphrase (the true proverb was "primum vive, deinde philosophari", in the sense that it is necessary to be concrete before philosophizing), but it is a signal.

Of the six teams still fighting for salvation, the specialized agency Agipro says, only four will reach the goal. According to the bookmakers, Sassuolo will probably say goodbye to Serie A and end up in the second place: the analysts of Planetwin365 and Betflag have little faith in the neroverdi, currently second to last, whose relegation fluctuates between 1.10 and 1.15. A few more chances for Empoli, currently in eighteenth place and offered at 1.70. Frosinone's descent into Serie B is instead offered at 2.75.

Cagliari and Udinese are heading towards a stay in the top flight, however, and again according to the bookmakers: for the Sardinians relegation is played at 4.35, while for the Friulians it pays 6 times the stakes. Those who will soon be able to celebrate are Verona: the Venetians in Serie B are in fact offered 23.
