Chiara Ferragni responds to the invitation of Liliana Segre and meets the senator for life and survivor of the Shoah .
"After our telephone chats, today I had the pleasure of meeting Senator Liliana Segre in person. Her story and her determination really impressed me", wrote the influencer sharing a snapshot on social media at the Segre home .
Just a few days ago the senator suggested that she visit the Shoah Memorial , the side of the Milan station that recalls platform 21 from which trains loaded with Jews headed for Auschwitz depart , to encourage young people to do the same.
"I saw that with her husband Fedez she is committed to social issues, I would like to meet her" said Segre, arguing that visitors to the memorial commemorating the victims of the holocaust in Italy are still too few .
