After the achievement of the blue foil , the Italian men's foil also triumphs at the Fencing World Championships in Cairo .
The Azzurri won the gold medal by beating the United States in the final with a score of 45-40.
Daniele Garozzo, Tommaso Marini, Alessio Foconi and Guillaume Bianchi managed to give the second gold to the blue expedition to Egypt and to bring the total of medals to eight, with four silvers and two bronzes.
