Eight Sardinian women were crowned Fèminas this morning by Coldiretti Donne Imprese in Donigala Fenughedu (Oristano). All different in profession and experience, but united by determination and passion.

The award, now in its fifth edition, went to women who represent an example. They range from the doctor Alessandra Napoleone, primary in resuscitation at Brotzu in Cagliari, who for 14 years has also collaborated with the Emergency association with missions in Africa (Science category) to the vice-president of the regional council Alessandra Zedda (Institutions category); by the Donna Ceteris Association, which deals with support in the event of violence (Social category) to the Melis sisters of the Eminas di Mamoiada farm (Agriculture category).

The 17-year-old from Villacidro Giulia Saiu, triathlon athlete (Sport category), the Lucido Sottile theater company, composed of Michela Sale and Tiziana Troja (Art and show category), the weaving artisan Mariantonia Urdu from Samugheo ( Tradition category) and Roberta Floris (Communication category), journalist from Cagliari, among the most popular faces of Mediaset networks.

“An award that we cultivate with such pride that it gives us important examples to pass on to an agricultural world that is increasingly open to contamination - explained Elisabetta Secci, the regional manager of Donne Impresa Sardegna -. Even today we have rewarded and above all listened to normal women who do extraordinary things, women who believe in it and who unwittingly and expecting it mark and open new paths and give courage also to many other women in a society that still has to build real gender equality " .

The ceremony was also attended, together with Secci, by the provincial managers of Coldiretti Donne Impresa, the director of Coldiretti Sardinia Luca Saba and the general manager of Banco di Sardegna Giuseppe Cuccurese.
