The Bflat autumn season continues, with a double date from a prominent Italian jazz musician already accustomed to the Cagliari stages: Fabrizio Bosso will perform with his Spiritual Trio at the Quartiere del Sole venue, for two nights in a row, Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th, as part of the promotional tour for the group's new album, "Welcome Back" .

Both dates will start at 9:30 pm, only the last two events of the 2025/2026 program organized by Bflat.

The trumpeter of Turin origins, trained in the best international jazz hotbeds and considered one of the best in our country, has collaborated over the years with great names of the Italian scene such as Renato Zero, Claudio Baglioni, Paolo Fresu, Frankie hi-nrg mc and Mario Biondi , often paired with the voice of Chiara Civello and a regular presence at Umbria Jazz since 1999.

In addition to having flown to Sanremo several times with Sergio Cammeriere, Simona Molinari, Raphael Gualazzi and Nina Zilli, Bosso has also built up a substantial solo catalogue over the years, part of which he shared with his Spiritual Trio.

Formed in 2008 from the meeting with organist Alberto Marsico and drummer Alessandro Minetto, the trio has performed at numerous jazz festivals and released three albums over the course of its existence, before this year's release, "Welcome Back," which marks a literal return to the scene after their last album of 2019. In a constant homage to African-American musical heritage, the Spiritual Trio reinterprets sacred gospel through the ordered chaos of hard bop, in a burst of energy and swing that, in their most recent release, also permeates great soundtracks, with "Theme from Taxi Driver." Guardians of a balance between tradition and modernity, Bosso and his band will offer this vision of jazz to the Cagliari audience.
